It was a wonderful escape to travel down to Canberra and photograph Cristy & Troy’s wedding, so very close to Christmas (the Friday before).

I’d photographed Cristy’s brother’s wedding a year or so earlier down near Wagga, and it’s one I won’t forget in a hurry! (Think five suited boys on motorbikes, all doing synchronised wheel stands across a paddock.)

This time around it was nice to meet the family again (Cristy & Troy's mum is delightful), and a total pleasure to forget about the crazy Christmas shopping frenzy happening all around, and be drawn into a love story instead.
