“I purchased my dress from Fashions by Farina in Sydney. It was the first shop I went into and the lady made me feel so important and relaxed. I made up my mind that I would buy my dress from her straight away and my perfect dress was the fourth I tried on.”

“We choose St John the Baptist Catholic Church in Gulgong (despite our reception being at Parklands Resort in Mudgee) because this is where I (Nicole) was baptised, and my grandparents were married there. The Priest is our family priest and he was absolutely fantastic. So many people commented on how touching and personalised the service was.“

“It rained pretty much all day! It helped put things into perspective because you can’t control everything, yet the day was still perfect. Our wedding party were so wonderful standing in the cold rain for photo’s and I relaxed a lot because I no longer cared how dirty my dress got or how flat my hair was… I enjoyed the company of our guests and let my hair down.”

“Because we live so far away from family and friends, it was so great to have all of our favourite people together in one room sharing the best day of our lives with us.

“One of our most treasured possessions from the wedding is our guest book. We allowed space for our guests to write and answer questions about us, such as their favourite memory of us, where they see us in 5 years time and their highlight from the day. It made people think honestly and also provided us with hours of entertainment and laughter when we were so sad that it was all over.“

We did it, and dry at last!

“We absolutely love our photo’s and can’t stop looking at them. They came out so amazing that you can’t even tell it was raining.

“We can’t pick a favourite. There are so many photos of candid moments that highlight our guests’ personalities, and special moments from the day.“

  • Nicole and Andrew McDonald - Graham,

Thank you so very much for capturing the memories of our wedding day. You did an absolutely amazing job and we will always be grateful for everything you did for us. You and Kate have been nothing but a pleasure. The slide show was such a bonus and so many of our guests appreciated seeing the photos that they would have otherwise missed out on. We are constantly looking at our incredible photos and they always make us both smile. Thanks again Graham, you completed out dream wedding.

    Kind Regards,

    Nicole and Andrew McDonald
